In no event shall the Academy of Medicine be liable for damages of any kind suffered as the result of a breach of privacy or security with respect to information submitted to it. Members may verify, correct, or remove their information and may opt out of including any personal information.

The Academy will not provide, trade, or sell members’ personal information to a third party unless compelled by law. The Academy may update this policy at any time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address that you have provided us and by placing a prominent notice on our website.
